01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind trimmed, cut into 24 cubes

02 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (9 oz), thawed

03 - ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

04 - 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin or line with parchment squares.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry to a 12 x 12 inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each pastry square into the mini muffin cups to create small shells.
04 - Place one Brie cube into each pastry shell.
05 - Spoon approximately ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each Brie cube.
06 - Optionally sprinkle chopped nuts and finely chopped rosemary on top of each bite.
