# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes decadent and cheesy while keeping you firmly in ketosis without any guilt.
  • Everything comes together in one dish, which means fewer pans to clean and more time to actually enjoy your dinner.
02 -
  • Don't skip softening your cream cheese—a cold lump will refuse to mix smoothly and you'll end up with gritty pockets instead of a silky sauce.
  • Undercooked onion tastes harsh and raw, but even a minute of extra cooking in the oil mellows it into something sweet that rounds out the whole dish.
03 -
  • If you're cooking your own chicken, poach it gently in broth instead of boiling—it stays tender and absorbs subtle flavor.
  • Don't be shy with the seasonings; keto dishes need bold flavor to feel indulgent, so taste and adjust before baking.
