Recipe Help & FAQs

How do I achieve crispier rosemary crackers?

Roll the dough thinly, around 1/8 inch, and bake until golden for extra crispness. Let them cool on a wire rack.

Can I substitute fresh rosemary with dried herbs?

While fresh rosemary provides a vibrant aroma, a smaller amount of dried rosemary can be used, though the flavor may be less pronounced.

What’s the best way to store the crackers and hummus?

Store crackers in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain crunch. Hummus keeps well refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 3 days.

How can I adjust hummus texture if too thick or thin?

Add water gradually when blending to reach the desired creaminess, adjusting for a smooth but firm consistency.

Are there any garnish ideas to enhance presentation?

Sprinkle paprika and drizzle olive oil over the hummus, and consider topping crackers with cracked black pepper or chopped parsley for added color.
